It is particularly powerful when combined with other targeted therapy approaches such as Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT®), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprogramming (EMDR) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
